Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Your Marigold Mustang order will be shipped between 24-48hrs after purchase. All Marigold Mustang orders (local and international) are sent via Australia Post, once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number, via the email you provided at checkout, for you to track your purchase.
Australian Orders:
-We provide complimentary shipping for all Australian orders over $200.
-$10 standard shipping for orders under $200, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery and be mindful if you are in a rural area that it may take longer.
-$15 express shipping for orders under $200, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery and be mindful if you are in a rural area that it may take longer.
International Orders:
-$30 standard shipping, please note all international orders require a daytime delivery address and valid phone number. International orders can not be shipped to a PO Box or hotel. International orders may attract duties and taxes that are determined by the country to which the item is being shipped. All international customers are are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred within their own country. Marigold Mustang is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs if they require it.
If you need to make a change to your order or add an additional personalised message in the case of your purchase being a gift please email hello@marigoldmustang.com so we can amend before shipping. Please note once your order has been shipped we can not update the delivery contact or address details.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love and cherish your Marigold Mustang purchase and provide all of our customers with an amazing online shopping experience. In the chance that you are not happy with your purchase and you wish to return your item please follow the below procedure/policy.
Marigold Mustang offer exchange, online boutique credit or refund on any full priced item/s within 14 days of purchase based on the following conditions:
- Item/s must be in original condition, unworn, with swing tag intact.
- Item/s must be returned with proof or purchase from Marigold Mustang online boutique.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, we suggest using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number. Marigold Mustang will not held liable for any lost or undelivered item/s.
- We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items. All "on sale" purchases are final.
- Email hello@marigoldmustang.com with your name and order number stating the reason of return and whether you would like a refund, exchange or boutique credit.
- We do not offer a refund on purchases made using Afterpay. Purchases made using Afterpay are eligible for a online boutique credit or exchange only. Any remaining payments outstanding with Afterpay will continue to be deducted from your bank by Afterpay. You will be then issued with a credit for the full amount.
FAULTY ITEMS
-Every Marigold Mustang piece is inspected for faults before shipping, however if you do receive your purchase and find a fault please email hello@marigoldmustang.com with a clear picture of the fault along with your original purchase receipt. Once assessed by our team, we will confirm the next steps. Items deemed to have a major fault can be returned for a refund, online boutique credit or exchange for another item. Items deemed to have minor fault may be able to be repaired for you.
